Wash and dry chicken
Salt both sides chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes
Heat oil in 12” high side pan on medium-medium high.
Add a few sliced of the ginger and cook for a minute
Brown chicken 5 minutes each side.
Add the wine and reduce till alcohol is gone.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix and bring to boil
Cover and lower heat to med. cook for 10 minutes
Remove the cover, ginger and green onions and cook to reduce sauce to thicken
Serve with basil, sesame seeds, or more green onions
