  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 150ml protein milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • (Optional toppings: cacao nibs, extra banana slices, nut butter)
  • Refrigerate overnight

Directions

  1. In a jar or bowl, mash the banana.
  2. Add oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, and milk. Stir until fully mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir and add your choice of toppings.
