Chocolate Melting Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbs semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 Tbs cocoa
  • 10 Tbs butter (1 stick + 2 tbs)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 5 tbs flour

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, cocoa, and butter on the stove or in the microwave until melted and combined. Set aside.
  3. Whip eggs until thick and frothy. Mix in sugar until dissolved. Stir in flour.
  4. Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture until combine. Pour into well greased ramekins or small tins.
  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes until set on the edges and just jiggly in the center.
  6. Serve with ice cream.
