Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels

Ingredients

  • 13/4 cups (210g) of self-raising flour
  • 1 cup (250ml) of Greek yoghurt
  • 11/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (50g) of raisins, finely diced

Directions

  1. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray
  2. 2. Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to form a thick dough; you may need to go in with your hands
  3. 3. Flour your work surface and divide the dough into 4, then shape the dough into 'rolls'
  4. 4. Use a wooden spoon to make a hole in the middle of each roll, then use your hands to shape the rolls into bagels
  5. 5. Place the bagels onto the prepared baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes
  6. 6. Cool and enjoy warm with a generous spread of unsalted butter.
