Firstly, preheat the oven to 350F, spray a 9×13 dish with some cooking spray.
Then cut all 20 biscuits into 6 small pieces each, giving you 120 pieces of dough.In a large bag, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and shake it, making sure to separate the pieces while you shake the cinnamon sugar over them so they don’t stick together.
Put the dough pieces on your plate evenly.
Whisk your eggs and milk together In a bowl or pyrex measuring cup then stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
Now pour egg mixture over your dough pieces and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Remove it from the oven, then mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together. It is better to pour these ingredients over the French toast while it is still warm.
Let the icing set and then cut into 12 equal servings.
