CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST BUBBLE UP

Ingredients

  • Firstly, preheat the oven to 350F, spray a 9×13 dish with some cooking spray.
  • Then cut all 20 biscuits into 6 small pieces each, giving you 120 pieces of dough.In a large bag, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and shake it, making sure to separate the pieces while you shake the cinnamon sugar over them so they don’t stick together.
  • Put the dough pieces on your plate evenly.
  • Whisk your eggs and milk together In a bowl or pyrex measuring cup then stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Now pour egg mixture over your dough pieces and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
  • Remove it from the oven, then mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together. It is better to pour these ingredients over the French toast while it is still warm.
  • Let the icing set and then cut into 12 equal servings.
