Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 4 tablespoons LSA
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 piece fruit

Directions

  1. Soak oats in 2 cups of the water for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Cook oats in a large saucepan over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add small amounts of the remaining water, stirring each time until absorbed. Stirring continuously will result in a creamier porridge. Add milk, stirring, until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve sprinkled with LSA and cinnamon.
