Soak oats in 2 cups of the water for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Cook oats in a large saucepan over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add small amounts of the remaining water, stirring each time until absorbed. Stirring continuously will result in a creamier porridge. Add milk, stirring, until desired consistency is reached.
Remove from the heat and serve sprinkled with LSA and cinnamon.
