1. Prepare ribs by removing silver skin and cutting them into separate pieces.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, miso paste, Chinese five-spice powder, and cayenne pepper. Leave 1/4 cup of the marinade for later.
3. Pour the sauce over the ribs, making sure they're fully coated and marinate for about 3 hours or more.
4. Preheat oven to 350F
5. Place ribs into dutch oven and cook with closed lid for 2 hours.
6. Remove the lid and excess fat from dutch oven. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
7. Brush the ribs with the 1/4 cup of previously saved marinade sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the ribs are sticky and caramelized
8. Remove the ribs. Put the leftover juice from dutch oven on medium heat for 6 min to caramelize and pour over the ribs
9. Garnish the sticky ribs with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
