Coquito- Puerto Rican egg nogg

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Coconut milk
  • 16 oz. Evaporated milk
  • 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk.
  • 16 oz. Coconut cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Add rum or bourbon or brandy as taste dictates. Drink.
  2. For a thinner drink use 2 parts coconut milk, replacing coconut cream.
  3. For a less sweet drink, replace condensed milk with either evaporated milk or more coconut milk.
  4. Add nutmeg and/or cinnamon per taste.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
