Corn dog Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs (or 6 T egg substitute)
- 2/3 C milk
- 3 hotdogs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Mix corn muffin mix, eggs, and milk in bowl
- Put cupcake liners in 12 muffin tins
- Divide evenly mix into liners
- Cut hotdogs into four
- Place hotdog quarter in middle of muffin batter
- Bake 20 min or until golden brown
