  • 1/2 cup @good_culture 0% fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (1WW)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. 3. Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet. *Mine measured 8”x10”.
  4. 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
  5. 5. Let the flatbread cool for a few minutes before removing from the parchment paper.
