Ingredients

• 1 drained and rinsed can of corn.
• 1 drained and rinsed can of black beans.
• 2 diced tomatoes.
• 1-2 diced avocados.
• 1 diced green pepper.
• 1 diced red pepper.
• ½ diced onion.
• Cilantro.
• (for the sauce):
• ¼ cup of olive oil.
• ¼ cup of red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
• 2 cloves of minced garlic.
• 1 lime squeezed.
• 1 tsp of cumin.
