Cream Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3 oz package cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 2. 1/2 cups flour
- Red and or green candied cherries

Directions
- Cream utter, sugar and cream cheese. Add vanilla, egg yolk, and mix well. Blend in flour.
- Chill dough two hours.
- Preheat oven 350.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Press half of a cherry ore an half in center of cookie.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until lightly brown
- Remove to rack to cool.
