- 1 tbs butter/1 tbs.flour:pinch of sugar/black pepper to tast/2 cans corn or English Peas/1 cup Milk

- Melt butter I sauce pan,at med.high heat,stir in flour sugar &Pepper into Butter until smooth/Remove from heat Caned vegetable,bring to a boil reduce to simmer until thickened."about 10 min.
