Creamy Black Olive Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 bunch parsley, rough chopped
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pinches kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp EVOO
- 6 ounces black olives
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a small cylindrical container, then blend with emersion blender until ingredients are incorporated.
