Directions

  1. Poxam porru amb un poquet de sal i un xorrito de AOVE
  2. Afegim carabassó i rehogam una estoneta mes
  3. Afegim aigua, i bullim fins que es carabassó estigui fluixet, uns 10 min
  4. Apagam es foc, afeigm espinaques i esperam una estoneta per a que se faci amb es calor residual
  5. Afegim aguacate i retificam de sal i pebre.
  6. Trituram
  7. Opcional, saltejar un poc de carabassó i uns esparrecs verds per posar com a topping.
