  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t. Oil
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine dry
  2. Add liquid and mix
  3. Heat lightly greased 6in skillet, remove from heat
  4. Spoon in 2 T batter, lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly
  5. Return to heat, brown one side only
  6. Repeat with remaining batter
  7. Fill with filling
