Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
1 and ½ - 2 cups blanched almond flour - an estimate, use more if not sure
1 tsp fine grain sea salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 egg, whisked
¼ cup ghee or coconut oil for frying - you might need a bit more as you fry
