Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 Tbs. salt
  • 1 Tbs. pepper
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1 Tbs. paprika
  • 1/4 Tbs. cayenne
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Tbs. garlic powder

Directions

Add all the ingredients to the crockpot.

Cook on medium for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

Shred and enjoy!
