Ingredients

  • 1 Woolworths Flan Case
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 2 Tablespoons Caster sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 3/4 cup Thickened Cream
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Raspberrries
  • Baby Mint leaves

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180. PlaceFlan on a baking tray.
  2. 2. Whisk together yolks, sugar and vanilla until well combined. Gradually whisk through cream.
  3. Pour into the Flan case, filling to the top of the rim. Sprinkle with Nutmeg.
  4. 3. Carefully place baking tray into oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until Custard is just set.
  5. 4. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature.
  6. Garnish loosely with scattered raspberries and baby mint leaves.
