Ingredients

  • Til 2-4 personer:
  •  
  • 200 g hakket løg
  • 1/2 porre
  • 3 store gulerødder
  • 3 spsk olivenolie eller kokosolie
  • 4 fed hvidløg i skiver
  • 1 tsk stødt spidskommen
  • 1 tsk karry
  • 1 tsk gurkemeje
  • 1 tsk urtesalt eller alm. uraffineret salt
  • 1 1/2 dl. røde splitlinser - skylles inden brug. (Se billede ovenfor)
  • 1 dåse hakkede flåede tomater
  • 8 dl vand
  • Sambal oelek (chilipasta)
