1. Heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large sauce pot.
2. Add the Prosciutto, 2 cloves of minced garlic, parsley, basil, salt & pepper
3. Brown until the Prosciutto is evenly brown
4. Pour in the Vodka, stir, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes
5. Add Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Butter, and 3-5 cloves of thinly sliced Garlic - (optional)
6. Stir, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes
7. Add Heavy Cream
8. Stir, cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
