Dissolve coffee powder in hot water, stir into brownie mix.
Spray PERFECT BROWNIE pan & divider thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray. Spread batter in PERFECT BROWNIE pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Cool completely.
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave for 45 sec.
Beat cream cheese and raspberry preserves until smooth. Slowly add melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
Remove divider and spread raspberry mixture on top of brownies. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Run the divider through the brownies again to separate.
