1. In a high-powered blender, combine:
- French vanilla ice cream
- Pineapple juice
- Frozen pineapple chunks
- Spiced rum
2. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until smooth and pourable with no chunks of pineapple remaining.
3. Pour into 2 cocktail glasses (approximately
17.5 oz capacity).
4. Garnish each Boozy Dole Whip with:
- A squirt of whipped topping
- A wedge of fresh pineapple
- A maraschino cherry with the stem
