  • 2 cup Dr Pepper
  • 2 jalapeño sliced
  • 1TB Worcestershire
  • 2 TB Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl
  2. Simmer for 20min and cool
  3. Add sliced meat and marinade to gal bag
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Start smoking at 170deg for 1.5hr
  6. Smoke at 225deg for about 1.5hr until done
  7. Best with hickory smoke
