  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 ½ cup (300 g) long grain rice
  • 3 ½ cups (900 ml) chicken stock
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
