Directions

  1. Whip the heavy cream (along with a touch of powdered sugar and vanilla) until it forms stiff peaks. Add freshly brewed espresso into a clear glass and top with whipped cream. The ratio of cream to espresso for an Einspanner is 1 to 1. Serve with a side of powdered sugar, a spoon, and a glass of ice water.
