Fall off the bone ribs (instant pot)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c chili powder
  • 1 T parsley
  • 2 t salt
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 2 t pepper
  • 2 t ground cumin
  • 2 t onion powder
  • rack of baby back ribs (membranes removed)
  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 apple cider vinegar
  • bbq sauce

Directions

  1. take membrane off ribs
  2. mix all dry ingredients together and spread on ribs
  3. let sit in refrig
  4. place steam rack inside instant pot
  5. pour water and apple cider vinegar into bottom of pot
  6. put ribs in pot standing on their side and wrap them around
  7. set pressure to 25 min (it takes about 10-15 min for pressure to build up)
  8. release pressure with quick release
  9. put ribs on foil and cover with bbq sauce and place on grill - cook until desired doneness or bubbling - about 3-5 min.
