Bone Broth Laksa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1.5T bone broth
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 2tsp fish sauce
  • Veg of choice
  • Protein of choice : prawns / dumplings
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Tofu
  • Topping sauce
  • Coriander
  • Soy
  • Sesame oil
  • Chilli
  • Lime

Directions

  1. Cook laksa paste until fragrant
  2. Add coconut cream fat only for a couple of minutes
  3. Then add coconut milk, water, bone broth and fish sauce
  4. Simmer
  5. Add kaffir lime leaves
  6. Add in veg and proteins
  7. Add a splash of the lime sauce and then top on plate as per taste
