Pour warm water in a bowl and add in the active dry yeast and wait 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of plain flour into the water and yeast mixture and stir then wait another 5 minutes.
After waiting, add the other 1 1/2 cups of flour and some salt and stir.
Once the dough comes together, transfer to a floured surface and kneed.
Then pour olive oil into a large bowl and using your hands spread the oil to the sides, then transfer the dough to the oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel and let sit for 1 hour.
Pour some olive oil into a pan and place the dough into it, then using your fingers create dimples in the dough, and place sprigs of rosemary about and salt to your liking.
*Optional* Let the dough sit in the pan for about 20 minutes to let it puff back up to prevent air holes in your bread.
While letting the dough sit preheat your oven to 350°F
