Fram­bo­zen met wit­te-cho­co­la­deroom

Ingredients

  • 2 bakjes frambozen (à 200 g)
  • 200 g witte chocolade
  • 250 ml slagroom
  • 50 gr suiker
  • 150 ml roomyoghurt
  • 8 galette wafels (pak à 250 g)

Directions

  1. Boven kom 180 g chocolade in stukjes breken.
  2. Kom in pan met kokend water hangen en chocolade al roerend (au bain-marie) laten smelten.
  3. Yoghurt hier doorheen roeren en af laten koelen.
  4. In kom slagroom met de suiker bijna stijf kloppen.
  5. Yoghurt en gesmolten chocolade erdoor spatelen en schenk de room in glaasjes. Tot gebruik afgedekt in koelkast bewaren (minimaal 2 uur).
  6. Verkruimel voor serveren de koekjes en garneer samen met de frambozen over de mousse.
