Ingredients

  • What you’ll need (serves 4):
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • ½ - 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (depending on the level of spice you like)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried or freshly chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable stock 
  • 1 package gluten-free spaghetti (Mia likes Banza for this recipe)
  • 1 pound fresh cracked crab
  • 4 cups arugula
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
