For Galawat boti...I took one kg beef cut in bite size pieces. .marinate with 6 Tsp raw papeeta and salt. ..leave for 2-3 hrs. .then added rest of marination that is....half cup yoghurt. Half cup oil... fried and crushed onions one cup...shan bihari kebaab mssala...but if you don't have it then add crushed red chillies...dhania powder...red chilli powder. .salt...and garam masala powder. ..let it rest for 8 hrs....then shift it in a cooking pot and cook on medium to low flame for 30 min nearly till water dries and oil separates. ..then add aroma of a burning coal (hope you know the procedure)...serve with green chillies and onion rings dipped in vinegar
