• 3⁄4 cup (180 ml) chicken, beef, or vegetable broth
• 3⁄4 cup (180 ml) milk
• 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Makes 6 to 8 servings of sauce

• 1 tablespoon (9 g) minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
