Preheat oven to 400°F; hollow cabbage heads, brush with olive oil, season, and roast 20–25 minutes; sear sausage, sauté onion and bell pepper, then cook shrimp with garlic and butter until pink; fill cups and bake 10–15 minutes.

1. Prep Cabbage:

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. - Cut cabbage heads in half and hollow out centers, leaving sturdy cups.
  3. - Brush cups with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place in a baking dish.
  4. - Pour chicken broth around cups and roast 20–25 minutes until softened and edges lightly brown.

2. Cook Filling:

  1. - Sear sausage in a hot skillet until golden; remove.
  2. - Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  3. - Add garlic and butter, then shrimp, thyme, parsley, and smoked paprika; cook until shrimp turn pink.
  4. - Stir sausage back in.
