  • 2 T Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 1⁄2 c Cilantro (Fresh)
  • 2 T Vinegar ((White, Rice or Cider))
  • 1⁄4 t Hot Sauce
  • 1⁄2 t Cumin, Ground (Optional)
  • 1⁄2 t Smoked Paprika (Optional)
  • 2 T Green Olives (Optional)
  • 1 T Capers (Optional)
  • Assorted Chopped Vegetables (Garnish When Serving as a Soup)
