Slice 1-2 lemons
Cut up ginger (you can leave skin on, just make sure to wash it)
Place sliced ginger & honey in a glass. Fill the rest of the jar with honey & make sure it’s covers fruit.
Let sit on counter for 2 weeks. Burp everyday (take lid off).
After the two weeks, take the fruit out & put in the fridge.
Serve with water to make a tea. 3 spoon fulls in a mug with warm water.
