Grandmas Stuffing
Ingredients
- 2 loaves uncut bread picked apart
- 3 large onions
- Bunch of celery
- Neck and gizzards
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper
- 2 cup water
Directions
- Cook neck and gizzards in water with poultry seasoning
- Cook celery and onion in butter and spices for 10 min
- Bake in oven at 350F for 1-2 hours
