- Season the chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and place in a medium bowl or large zip top bag.
- Add the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and oregano, then toss the chicken in the marinade until well coated. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight
- When it's go time, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and skewer onto wooden or metal skewers.
- When the Air Fryer is hot, spray or brush the tray with olive oil and place the chicken skewers in a single layer on the tray. Cook the skewers at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flip and cook for five more minutes. Remove from heat and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
