Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 39g kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
  • 55g fresh banana, roughly chopped
  • 175ml unsweetened oat milk
  • 22g baby spinach
  • 170g vanilla yoghurt
  • 7g chia seeds
  • 45g muesli

Directions

  1. Chop up kiwi fruit and banana and place in a freezer bag overnight.
  2. Blend milk and baby spinach together. When fully combined, add yoghurt, frozen fruit, chia seeds and muesli. Blend until the consistency is smooth.
  3. TIP: if you did not freeze your fruit, this is ok - the smoothie will still work with fresh fruit.
