  • Other ingredients :
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • A spring of curry leaf, handful of coriander leaves
  • An inch of ginger
  • 3 green chillies and salt to taste

  1. Grind dhal and other ingredients and make Dosa/pancakes in medium hot griddle. Enjoy with sambar and chutney. No need to ferment.
