Ground Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (one cube) beef boullion
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package of egg noodles
Directions
- 1. Cook noodles
- 2. Brown ground beef
- 3. Medium heat add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion powder, beef bouillon and water with beef. Mix together well and let simmer lightly, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Pour sauce over pasta and serve
