  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa
  • 1 handful of ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except ice in a blender and blitz for 2 minutes until thick and creamy.
  2. If you want to chill smoothie, add the ice into blender with smoothie and blitz again.
