  • 103g cooked chicken breast
  • 54g (half) avocado
  • 1/4c shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Add egg whites to pan and cook on medium heat.
  3. Once cooked half way through add toppings (cheese then chicken)
  4. Put in oven for 5 min
  5. Take out, let cool, add avocado, then serve.
