  • 2/3 cup of low-fat yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 3/4 cup of low-fat milk

Directions

  1. In a blender, add a milk of your choice
  2. Then add the oatmeal, low-fat yoghurt, peanut butter and banana
  3. For more protein, you can add a scoop of whey or protein powder
  4. Feel free to add more or less milk depending on the desired texture
  5. Mix it all together and enjoy!
