Holiday Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz packages bulk pork sausage
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup bis quick
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400. Cook sausage, bell pepper, and onion over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, drain. Combine sausage mixture, potatoes, and 1 1/2 cups cheese in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Stir bisquick, milk, pepper and eggs together. Pour into baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered 40-44 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes until melted. Serve
