- Condense milk

- 1. Whisk whipping cream till thick and creamy. I used a blender on low coz I don't have a whisking machine.
- 2. Add condense milk till thick and creamy
- 3. Ready to serve
- 4. Add whatever you want to add. I added Oreo and blended it. I also put maltesers and put them in the freezer to freeze
