Hot Roasted Green Beans With Sweet Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha or other hot sauce
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pinch salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the green beans with oil. Roast for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the beans are tender and beginning to brown.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the garlic, honey, Siracusa, and lemon juice.
  4. Remove the green beans from the oven and immediately transfer to the bow with the sriracha mixture. Add the salt to taste and toss to combine. Serve hot.
