House Chili

Ingredients

  • Beef, 80/20, ground - 40#
  • Yellow Onion, diced - 10#
  • Bell Peppers, green, diced - 5#
  • Chili Powder - 5 cups
  • Paprika - 1 cup
  • Cummin - 1.5 cups
  • Chopped Garlic - 2 cups
  • Brown Sugar - 1.33 cup
  • Salt - 1.75 cups
  • Pepper - 3/4 cup
  • Au Jus - 1 gal
  • Chili Sauce - 3 cans
  • Cholula - 3 cups
  • Black Beans -4 cans
  • Red Kidney Beans - 4 cans
  • Pinto Beans - 4 cans

Directions

DO NOT DRAIN THE BEANS
In big steam Pot
Brown hamburger meat
Add peppers and onions
Mix thoroughly
Add all remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to 145° Let simmer for 35 minutes
Stir ingredients occasionally
Pan up in 400 pans
Label and date properly
Cool in Blaster 22° for 4.5 hrs
