  • 20 g bell pepper
  • 1-1.5 tbs of hummus
  • 1/4c Italian 5 cheese
  • 122 g of cooked chicken

Directions

  1. Set oven to broil.
  2. Add hummus and veggies to wrap.
  3. Add cheese and chicken last.
  4. Fold wrap, then place in oven for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Take out of oven, cut in half, and enjoy a crisp warm hummus, chicken, and veggie wrap šŸ˜‹šŸ¤¤
