  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas, canned
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1/2 whole cucumber
  • 1/4 whole carrot
  • 0.3g cumin

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Place the tahini and olive oil in the blender and blend at full speed for 1 minute. Once fully combined, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with the carrot and cucumber slices.
